14-YEAR-OLD TO BE CHARGED AS ADULT IN FATAL SHOOTING

The 14 year-old accused of fatally shooting a 15 year-old boy last week in Pensacola will be tried as an adult. The State Attorney's Office confirmed yesterday that Remington Crumbs' case has been moved to adult court and he's facing a charge of 2nd-Degree murder. He's accused of killing 15 year-old Demarco Banks at an apartment complex on North 9th Avenue last Thursday night. Investigators have also charged 19 year-old Rumariya Union with Accessory After the Fact. Last Friday, Crumbs' mother talked to Channel 3, and indicated that Crumbs may have been a victim of bullying leading up to the incident.
