WALTON COUNTY MAN WINS $1-MILLION -- David Wayne
Walton County, FL (Newsradio 92.3) -- A Walton County man is $1-million dollars richer after hitting a lucky scratch-off ticket. Douglas Brewer of Santa Rosa Beach won the prize in the "A Year for Life Spectacular" game. He opted to take his money as a one-time lump sum of $640-thousand dollars. The ticket was purchased at the Publix on Highway 98 West.
