Pensacola, FL (Newsradio 92.3) -- The WSRE-TV Foundation has filed a federal lawsuit against Pensacola State College, claiming the college is trying to seize millions in donor funds. The foundation filed the lawsuit after PSC cut ties with WSRE's PBS affiliation and demanded control of the donations for college operations. According to the complaint, PSC even tried to access the Foundation's bank accounts and intercept checks from donors. The Foundation says those dollars were given specifically to support public television programming, not college operations.
