DETAILS RELEASED ON PENSACOLA CREDIT MONITORING PROGRAM

The city of Pensacola says letters are being mailed out this week to residents with information on enrolling in credit monitoring. This comes following last month's ransomware attack that, so far, has not resulted in any confirmed personal information breaches. The city says TransUnion is handling the program and detailed instructions on how to enroll are included in the letters. The city is also setting up a dedicated toll-free response line. It's available from 8:00am to 8:00pm at 1-833-543-2815. An FAQ page is also now live on the city's website.
