ALABAMA FOOTBALL COACH KILLED — David Wayne
Citronelle, AL (Newsradio 92.3) — An Alabama Youth Football Coach in Citronelle has died after being shot by a man with an AK-47 rifle. It happened in Citronelle, just north of Mobile. 22-year-old Logan Wainwright — a former athlete at Citronelle High and current youth football coach, was shot while with an acquaintance in her car. The suspect was the woman’s ex-husband. Police say the man shot in to the car and killed Wainwright. The suspect, Michael Holder was also found with gunshot wounds, he’s being treated at a local hospital.
