THREE ARRESTED IN DRUG BUST NEAR NAS PENSACOLA
The Escambia County Sheriff’s Office says they recovered an eyebrow-raising amount of drugs and made three arrests at a hotel room today. Deputies say 45-year-old Marcus Williams, 26-year-old Whitney Bailey, and 32-year-old Colton Sims are all behind bars and facing numerous drug charges. The sheriff’s office narcotics unit conducted a search warrant on a hotel room on Barrancas Avenue and found over 320 grams of fentanyl, 31 grams of meth, and 339 grams of crack cocaine. They also recovered marijuana and a stolen firearm. Investigators say Williams was out on bond for several trafficking charges related to the recent “Operation Blue Christmas” drug sweep.
