Pensacola, FL (Newsradio 92.3) — A Shaolin Grandmaster was in Pensacola this weekend, teaching kung fu and tai chi to area students. Grandmaster Sin Kwuang The is the youngest Grandmaster in Shaolin history — he’s held the rank since 1968. Kwuang taught students a “walking meditation” that he’s mastered, which he says helps to connect with their own minds.
