SENATOR RICK SCOTT INTRODUCES SCHOOL GUARDIAN ACT
Armed law enforcement officers would be at every school in the U.S. if legislation introduced by Senator Rick Scott is passed. Scott introduced the School Guardian Act, which would be funded by taking $80 billion earmarked for the IRS. The bill takes a page from the Stoneman Douglas High School Public Safety Act. Scott says he’s currently raising bipartisan support for the bill.
