SANTA ROSA MAN ARRESTED FOR DUI AND NO DRIVER’S LICENSE — Steve Taylor
Pensacola FL (NewsRadio 92-3) — The Florida Highway Patrol arrested 38-year-old Carlos Agusto Bernandez Garcia of Milton for driving under the influence and operating a motor vehicle without a driver’s license. According to the Florida Highway Patrol, troopers received a call about a blue Hyundai colliding with the Pensacola Bay Bridge on I-10 around 7:11 pm last evening. The caller stated the vehicle then exited I-10 and headed northbound on Garcon Point Road in Milton. Shortly after that initial call, another report came in about a two-vehicle crash near the intersection of Garcon Point Road and Henzlemen Drive. When troopers arrived there, they found a blue Hyundai had collided with the rear tire of a semi-truck. Troopers say they identified Garcia as the driver of the Hyundai and determined he was at three times the legal limit during a breathalyzer test. Garcia was arrested and taken to the Santa Rosa County Jail on a $3,000 bond.
