WHITE STUFF ON THE WAY?

Pensacola FL (NewsRadio 92-3) Florida may finally see a bit of snow this winter, says the National Weather Service. A stretch of North Florida, from Pensacola to Tallahassee, is forecast to see a slight chance of rain and snow showers on Monday and Tuesday as temperatures reach as low as 27 degrees. As meteorologists get a better idea of how the weather patterns are shaping up, the chance of snow in Florida creeps higher. The NWS offices in Mobile/Pensacola and Tallahassee predict slight chances of rain and snow showers Monday and Tuesday night. Meteorologist James Spann reports that the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecast model now shows a 20-30% chance of snow in the Florida Panhandle.
