WARRINGTON REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT ON BOCC AGENDA THIS WEEK

A revised plan to improve the Warrington area is up for approval this week at the Escambia Board of County Commissioners meeting. The Warrington Redevelopment plan has been in works since earlier this year when residents met to share their ideas. Part of the focus would be on cleaning up Navy Boulevard going into NAS Pensacola, work would also be done on Gulf Beach Highway for the Stormwater Drainage Project, and flooding at Forest Creek Apartments needs to be addressed. The plan goes before the commissioners on Thursday.
