The city of Milton will put off hiring a head hunter for their city manager search, and re-enter negotiations with Scott Collins, 3 months after he withdrew from consideration after being the unanimous top choice. Over the weekend, City attorney Alex Andrade and other city leaders received an email from Collins saying that he was still interested in the job. He sent a contract proposal and said he would only negotiate with Andrade. Council members voted to enter negotiations that would have Collins starting at the beginning of next year.
