Gulf Breeze Zoo Celebrating New Baby Giraffe

Gulf Breeze, FL (Newsradio 92.3) -- The Gulf Breeze Zoo has a new baby giraffe. Kahlani was born last month and is reportedly a health six feet tall and 151 pounds. She's the daughter of zoo giraffes Kenya and Gideon. The zoo's animal care team monitored the birth and continues to train the baby. It's the fourth giraffe calf born in the last several months. The zoo says you can see Kahlani, and the rest of their Giraffe herd every day. The zoo is open daily at 9 am and is located just of Highway 98 in Gulf Breeze.
