FPL CUSTOMERS WILL SEE LOWER STORM COSTS

Florida Power & Light says customers should see their bills lower in the next couple of months

. Company Vice President JT Young says the Public Service Commission approved lowering the Storm Restoration Recovery Charge. That will see most power bills reduced by about $5 starting in January. The charge was specific to the utility being able to pay for repairs after Hurricanes Ian and Nicole.
