Five people were taken to the hospital after a crash on Chemstrand Road last night. Escambia Fire Rescue says a pickup truck collided with a car, and then ended up in a ravine on the side of the road. Two people reportedly had to be extricated from the vehicle. FHP is still investigating the cause of the crash. So far there's no word on the condition of anyone involved.
