FHP: INFANT GIRL DIES FOLLOWING TUESDAY CRASH

FHP troopers say an infant girl has now died following a crash Tuesday night on West Jackson St. It happened at around 10:30 at the Fitzgerald Street intersection. Investigators say a blue sedan was backing out of a driveway and into the path of a black sedan driving westbound on Jackson St. The 2-month-old girl was a passenger in the black vehicle. The crash investigation will now be taken over by the FHP traffic homicide division.
