Fatal Crash in Santa Rosa County

Santa Rosa County, FL (Newsradio 92.3) -- A driver has died after a crash in Santa Rosa County early this morning. FHP says it happened just before midnight on Highway 98 west of Beechwood Drive. Troopers say a sedan rear-ended a van, both vehicles ended up on the west side of the highway. The driver of the sedan was taken to Gulf Breeze hospital where he was pronounced dead. The driver of the van was taken to Sacred Heart with minor injuries. The crash remains under investigation.
