Family members are confirming that the 3-year-old who was hit by an SUV on Sunday night has died. According to Channel 3, the child has been identified as Levi Austin Williams. FHP Troopers say Levi walked out in front of the SUV on Blue Angel Parkway and the driver couldn't stop in time. Initially, he was taken to Ascension Sacred Heart Hospital in critical condition.
