Escaped Alabama Inmate Captured in Panama City

Baldwin County, AL (NewsRadio 92.3) -- An Alabama inmate who walked away from a work assignment earlier this week has been captured in Panama City. Sixty-two-year-old Jackie Littrell left his assigned job at Magnolia Landfill in Summerdale Monday afternoon and was on the run for several days before Panama City Police tracked him down this morning. Littrell is serving a life sentence for first-degree robbery.
