Several of you have asked me for a podcast of today’s commentary on the vote last week by the Escambia County Commission to accept pro bono legal work from Levin Papantonio Rafferty both for the County and for the individual commissioners named in the lawsuit by Clerk of the Court and Comptroller Pam Childers over the alternate retirement plan they are enrolled in. There’s a lot of backstory here, and I apologize for covering it so quickly in the segments this morning.
