PENSACOLA MAYOR D C REEVES ON ‘TWO-PHASE’ APPROACH TO GRAFFITI BRIDGE — Steve Taylor
Pensacola, FL (NewsRadio 92-3) — City leaders say they have more plans to stop trucks from continually hitting the Graffiti Bridge on North 17th Avenue. Pensacola Mayor DC Reeves says the ‘no trucks’ signs were only the first part of a two-phase plan. Reeves says they’re moving forward with installing a physical device that will warn large trucks that they won’t fit before they actually get stuck underneath the bridge. There’s no word yet on when they could be installed.
