DRIVE-BY SHOOTING ON PAULA AVENUE — David Wayne
Escambia County, FL (Newsradio 92.3) — One person is dead after a drive-by shooting on Paula Avenue over the weekend. It happened Saturday evening at around 6:30. The Escambia County Sheriff’s Office says two people were shot. One victim was hit in the stomach and leg, that person died while being treated at a hospital. The second victim was hit in the leg and treated then released.
So far the sheriff’s office doesn’t have any suspects. They say the vehicle involved was a newer model sedan with silver trim. If you have any information you should contact the sheriff’s office, or call Crime Stoppers.
