CONTEST RULES AND REGULATIONS
The specific rules for this Contest written below are in addition to “NewsRadio 92.3/AM1620 General Contest Rules” dated 07.19.19. If there is a conflict in language, these specific rules will govern.

1. Description of Contest/Promotion.
A. DATE OF CONTEST: 12/12/19-12/23/19
B. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE ODDS OF WINNING. Void where prohibited. Odds of winning depend upon the number of participants.
C. HOW TO ENTER
Take a photo of your home that is decorated with Holiday lights and/or Holiday-themed decorations. You can submit the photo You must include name and phone number of homeowner so we may be able to contact the winner. All photo submissions will be due on 12/23/18 by 12PM.
D. HOW TO PLAY
You will have from 12/12/19-12/20/19 at noon to text your entry to 850-437-1620 or Facebook message your entry to our NewsRadio92.3 Facebook messenger. The winner will be selected by our NewsRadio Light Fight judges. Winner will be announced 12/24/19 at 8AM on the Pensacola Morning News with Andrew McKay.
E. ELIGIBILITY
This is a local contest sponsored by NewsRadio92.3/ AM 1620, and it has no connection to any other organization. The Contest is open to all NewsRadio92.3/AM1620 listeners age 21 or older. The winner of this contest may win this prize even if he/she has won another prize from stations and/or ADX Communications within the previous thirty (30) days. Participants and winner(s) must be U.S. residents and be at least 21 years old as determined by the Company and reside in Escambia or Santa Rosa County, including the homes submitted. Only one (1) entry per home. Employees of the Company, the Contest’s participating sponsors and their advertising agencies, employees of other radio or television stations, and members of the immediate family of any such persons are not eligible to participate and win. The term “immediate family” includes spouses, siblings, parents, children, grandparents, and grandchildren, whether as in-laws, or by current or past marriages, re-marriage(s), adoption, co-habitation or other family extension, and any other persons residing at the same household whether or not related.
Any prizes not awarded due to ineligibility of contestant are returned to the Station for reuse.

F. PRIZE(S)
*$250 cash prize.
All prizes must be accepted as awarded and are non-transferable. To claim prize, winner must come to the station during the hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm Monday trough Friday, within 30 days after winning, and provide government-issued photo ID and that Station will copy for file. After identification procedure and forms are satisfactorily completed, winner may claim their prize. The station’s business office is at 7251 Plantation Road, Pensacola, Florida 32504.
