FORMER STEAKHOUSE, NEW SITE FOR SKY’S PIZZA DAMAGED IN FIRE
A fire damaged the old Izaeh’s Steakhouse building on Woodbine Road in Pace on Monday. Santa Rosa County officials say nearby demolition workers noticed sparks near the building and called firefighters. Units responded from mutliple area fire stations. The building was set to house a new Sky’s Pizza location in Pace — so far there’s no word on the extent of the damage or whether the fire has affected those plans. The state fire marshal is investigating how the fire started.
