FAIRHOPE MAN CHILD PORN CHARGES — David Wayne
Baldwin County, AL (Newsradio 92.3) — A Fairhope man has been arrested on child porn charges. 63-year-old Charles McMahon was arrested after an investigation by the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office and Homeland Security Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force. Investigators say a search warrant was served and images were located in McMahon’s possession. He’s charged with five counts of possession of child pornography.
