ANOTHER INCIDENT AT RACETRACK — Steve Taylor
Pensacola, FL (NewsRadio 92-3) — A crash at the Southern Raceway in Milton over the weekend apparently caused a big incident off the track. A man who was associated with one of the drivers involved in a crash allegedly barged into another driver’s trailer, then hit the man with a hammer. As deputies were responding to that, another fight then broke out related to the same incident. This is the second big incident to happen at the track in recent months. Several weeks ago we reported an incident between drivers where a man was hit with a shovel. In this latest case, a Georgia man was arrested and charged with aggravated battery, burglary, and other charges. Two others are charged with fighting.
