NewsRadio Pensacola, heard on 92.3 FM, 95.3 FM, AM 1620 and 98.7 FM-HD2 is locally owned by Dave and Mary Hoxeng, of ADX Communications of Escambia County.

ADX is also the sister company to ESPN Pensacola 99.1, Pensacola’s Playlist 94.5, ADX Digital and Cat Country 98.7.

NewsRadio Pensacola is Pensacola’s Fox Radio News affiliate. Fox Radio News airs every 30 minutes 24/7. Local news airs every 30 minutes 5:00 am - 9:30 pm Monday-Friday and whenever breaking news happens.

Programming includes nine hours of local talk every day Monday - Friday with Pensacola Morning News with Andrew McKay, The Pensacola Expert Panel (PEP Talk) and Pensacola Right Now with Joe Ford & Austin. Syndicated national hosts include Brian Kilmeade and Dave Ramsey.

Our Story

Dave and Mary launched CatCountry 98.7 in 2004, followed by WNRP/NewsRadio AM1620 in 2007. In 2016, NewsRadio 1620 began simulcasting on FM at 92.3 and on 95.3 soon thereafter.

Owners and staff are totally committed to serving our listeners in Escambia and Santa Rosa counties through local news, local programs and local community involvement.
