STAMITOLES BOND DENIED — David Wayne
Pensacola, FL (Newsradio 92.3) — The Pensacola dentist that was convicted of inappropriately touching an employee, and accused of touching several patients as well will stay in jail. An Escambia County judge denied a motion to reinstate his bond on Tuesday. 65-year-old Dr. Charles Stamitoles was booked into jail last week after allegedly violating the conditions of his release by traveling out of state to Mobile recently. Stamitoles had been out on bond pending appeal of his conviction.
